Jason Hathorn
FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
A former hedge fund manager with a Master’s in Statistics and professional finance qualifications, Jason oversees all operations at JHJW. His lifelong passion for horse racing underpins his focus on delivering novel applications of Analytics/AI within the sport.
Amy Whiffen
DATA SCIENTIST
Amy holds a Master’s in Data Science with Distinction from London School of Economics (LSE) and previously competed for Great Britain in show jumping. She works on predictive modelling, computer-vision pipelines, and statistical reporting across the European, US, and Australasian markets.
Samuel Dolbear
DATA AND SYSTEM ENGINEER
Samuel has a first-class degree in Banking and Finance from London Metropolitan University and a mathematical background from Heriot-Watt, and works across data engineering, infrastructure and software systems to build the production pipelines, databases and client tools that power JHJW’s racing analytics.
