With SMARTPLANNER you can access the Programme Book in two ways - either by Closing Date or by Horse:

By Closing Date - simply select a race and all of your qualifying horses are shown.

By Horse - simply select a horse and SMARTPLANNER generates a list of suitable races

​

After you’ve made your decision, click the 'Make Entry' button and its saved in SMARTPLANNER. No need to remember every decision you make, no need to keep pieces of paper with scribbled notes, no need to keep track of emails. SMARTPLANNER frees up your time.

If you change your mind and no longer wish to make an entry, no problem. Click the 'Delete Entry' button and SMARTPLANNER is automatically updated.

SMARTPLANNER has the flexibility you need when making decisions about when and where to enter your horses.

With SMARTPLANNER you have the ability to map out target races well into the future. This maximises the chance of you placing your horses in the right races over the season, and increases the chances of you increasing the number and quality of your winners.

Each day SMARTPLANNER generates a Make Entry & Remove Entry Daily List for input into RacingAdmin. This helps you and your staff plan your daily schedule, saves time and reduces stress in dealing with deadlines.

Because SMARTPLANNER stores all of your entry decisions, you can build a provisional race programme for every horse in your yard. The Provisional Diary tab gives you quick and easy access to your decisions, either By Horse, By Date, or By Race Meeting. There is no need to remember every decision you make, no need to repeat searches, no need to keep pieces of paper with scribbled notes, no need to refer to old emails. SMARTPLANNER frees up your time.

SMARTPLANNER enhances communication with owners and racing managers. Simply navigate to the Provisional Diary tab and your provisional race plans for each horse are there at the click of a button.
